Lakeview Green has 27,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space in two locations on the property:

+ 20,000 square feet of contiguous space in the main building on the ground floor
+ 7,000 square feet of space on two levels (7,000 square feet each) in building on 29th street

There are approximately 100 public parking spaces at the property in addition to another 100 reserved for residents.

Retail in the main building will allow entry from either the Green which is the focal point of the property (which can be accessed directly from 29th Street South, 30th Street South or 5th Avenue South) or from 4th Avenue South. There is a standard signage plan and format. All spaces will have storefront windows, doors and canopies at the entrances.

Retail in the 29th Street building will allow entry from either the Green, 5th Avenue South, or from 29th Street South. There is a standard signage plan and format. All spaces will have storefront windows, doors and canopies at the entrances. The second level will have a covered walkway porch with stair access at both the north and south ends of the building.
